Until further orders, there shall be stay of further proceedings pursuant to the impugned Judgment. However, the petitioners are directed to file an affidavit as to whether there were vacancies available for appointment of the people in the waitinglist ever since 2004. "

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to sole respondent on 22.3.2017 through Registered A.D. Post. As per tracking report, in respect of sole respondent item delivered at Jhojhu Kalan.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 26.4.2017 filed Affidavit on behalf of petitioner in compliance of the above order.
