1. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

2. However, we grant eight weeks' period to the petitioner to implement the order of the Division Bench of the High Court.
