UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. Colin Gonsalves, learned senior counsel fairly submits that a Writ Petition has been filed in the High Court against the demolition of their

buildings which was admitted and listed for hearing on 21.01.2020.

He submitted on instructions that in the meanwhile, the demolition may take place on 20.01.2020. He seeks and is granted permission to withdraw this Special Leave Petition to approach the High Court for suitable relief.

The Special Leave Petition is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
