UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Issue notice to the respondents.

2. Ms. Jyoti Dastidar and Ms. Sonal Jain, learned counsel accept notice on

behalf of the caveator(s)-respondent(s).

3. The interim order passed on 21.02.2025 in SLP(C) Nos.2611-2622/2025

and connected matters shall operate in the present case also. For ease of

reference, the relevant portion of the aforesaid interim order is extracted as

under:

"We direct interim stay of the judgment of the High Court subject to the petitioner-State depositing the entire compensation amount with statutory benefits as awarded by the Reference Court within a period of six weeks from today.

In the event there is non-compliance with the aforesaid order, the interim order of stay shall stand vacated automatically.

On such deposit being made before the Reference Court, liberty is reserved to the respondent-land losers to make their necessary applications and seek withdrawal of the said amount.

It is needless to observe that such applications shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously."

4. The instant special leave petitions ought to be heard along with SLP (C) No.4949/2025 and SLP(C) Nos.2611-2622/2025. Let the records be placed before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India for an appropriate order.
