The interim order passed on 21.02.2025 in SLP(C) Nos.2611-2622/2025 and connected matters shall apply in the present case also. "We direct interim stay of the judgment of the High Court subject to the petitioner-State depositing the

entire compensation amount with statutory benefits as awarded by the Reference Court within a period of six weeks from today.

In the event there is non-compliance with the aforesaid order, the interim order of stay shall stand vacated automatically.

On such deposit being made before the Reference Court, liberty is reserved to the respondent-land losers to make their necessary applications and seek withdrawal of the said amount.

It is needless to observe that such applications shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously."
