UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Delay condoned.

Issue notice to the respondents.

Ms. Jyoti Dastidar, learned counsel accepts notice

for the first respondent.

Steps to be taken to serve the second respondent.

The interim order passed on 21.02.2025 in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Nos.2611-2622/2025 and connected matters shall apply in the present case also. For ease of reference, the relevant portion of the aforesaid interim order is extracted as under:

"We direct interim stay of the impugned judgment of the High Court subject to the petitioner-State depositing the entire compensation amount with statutory benefits as awarded by the Reference Court within a period of six weeks from today.

In the event there is non-compliance with the aforesaid order, the interim order of stay shall stand vacated automatically.

On such deposit being made before the Reference Court, liberty is reserved to the respondent - land losers to make their necessary applications and seek withdrawal of the said amount.

It is needless to observe that such applications shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously."
