UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Issue notice to the respondents.
Tag with Special Leave Petition (CIVIL) No(s).9167-
9168 of 2025.
Interim order as issued in the aforesaid cases, shall ensue in this Special Leave Petition also. For ease of reference, the said interim order is extracted as under:
"We direct interim stay of the judgment of the High Court subject to the petitioner-State depositing the entire compensation amount with statutory benefits as awarded by the Reference Court within a period of six weeks from today.
In the event there is non-compliance with the aforesaid order, the interim order of stay shall stand vacated automatically.
On such deposit being made before the Reference Court, liberty is reserved to the respondent-land losers to make their necessary applications and seek withdrawal of the said amount.
It is needless to observe that such applications shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously."
