Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 5 have already filed the counter affidavit. 10:07:21 IST Reason:

Four weeks' time is given to respondent No.1 to file counter affidavit.

Respondent No.77 is reported to be dead. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will move an application for deletion for said respondent. He shall do the needful within a period of four weeks.

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos.7-9,13-15, 17, 18, 21, 23, 26, 30, 34, 36, 39, 41, 44-47, 49, 50, 52, 55-57, 59-65, 70-72, 74, 75, 77, 79-82, 89- 92, 95, 97, 104-108 and 116.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner further submits that he will file appropriate application for remaining unserved respondents within a period of one week. His request is acceded to

However, Ms. Kajal Dalal, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of M/s PLR Chambers and Co. seeks and is given one week's time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks' time to file the counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.1.
