It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that instant matter has been tagged with SLP 112530 of 2016 entitled "STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH vs THE CHIEF COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX AND ORS ETC" as both are arising from common order.

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Cousel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 21st January 2016 stating therein that required order dated 14th January 2015, 12th February 2015, 26th February 2015, 15th May 2015 and 23th May 2015 are not necessary. Copy of letter dated 21st January 2016 is annexed at page No. 269 of the paper book.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
