"Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file an application for deletion of names of unserved respondents. In view of the letter circulated by the learned counsel for the respondent No.9, as a last chance, two weeks' further time is granted for filing counter affidavit. Post for final disposal in the first week of October, 2016."

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that pursuant to abovementioned Court's order, Counsel for the petitioner has not filed an application for deletion in respect of names of unserved respondents in any of the matters abovementioned so far.
