It is submitted that counsel for Respondent No. 1 to 8 has on 24th May, 2016 filed counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent. Copy of the same has been included in the paper books.

It is submitted that Mrs. Anil Katiyar, Advocate has on 3rd May, 2016 filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 to 8 and 12. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 9, 10 and 11.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 9, 10 and 11.

It is submitted that Respondent Nos. 3 to 11 are represented by Mrs. Anil Katiyar, Advocate and AD Card duly signed has been received back in respect of Respondent No. 2 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 so

far. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back in respect of Respondent No. 1.

It is submitted that Mrs. Anil Katiyar, Advocate has on 17th May, 2016 filed Vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 1 to 8 and 12 but she has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 9, 10 and 11.
