As far as the amount of Rs. 489.07 crores liability of tax is concerned, there shall be no coercive steps till the next date of hearing.

The parties may complete their pleadings within four weeks. Post for final disposal on 15.03.2016."

Accordingly, notice was issued to all the 15 respondents through Regd. Post on 15th February, 2016. Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the Respondent nos. 1 to 8, Mr. Ghanshyam Joshi, Advocate on behalf of Respondent No. 15 and Mr. E. C. Agrawala, Advocate on behalf of Respondent No. 13, but no counter affidavit has been filed. Neither A/D Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back in respect of Respondent No. 9 to 12 and 14 so far.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 9 to 12 and 14.

SLP No. 1994 of 2016

Accordingly, notice was issued to all the 12 respondents through Regd. Post on 12th February, 2016. Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the Respondent nos. 4 to 11, but he has not filed counter affidavit. Neither A/D Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 12 so far.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 12.

SLP Nos. 214243 of 2016

Accordingly, notice was issued to all the 12 respondents through Regd. Post on 20th February, 2016. Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the Respondent nos. 1 to 8, but he has not filed counter affidavit.

Service of notice is awaited in respect of Respondent Nos. 9 to 12.

SLP Nos. 212425 of 2016

Accordingly, notice was issued to all the 11 respondents through Regd. Post on 20th February, 2016. Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the Respondent nos. 1 to 8.

Service of notice is awaited in respect of Respondent Nos. 9 to 11.

SLP Nos. 28172832 of 2016

Accordingly, notice was issued to all the 12 respondents through Regd. Post on 15th February, 2016. Neither A/D Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 12 so far.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 12.

SLP No. 2206 of 2016

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19th February, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice.

Tag with SLP (C) 1125-1130 of 2016."

Accordingly, notice was issued to all the 4 respondents through Speed Post on 27th February, 2016 and as per track report of India Post Respondent No. 1 and 3 were served on 5 th March, 2016 and 2nd March, 2016 respectively and Respnodent No. 2 and 4 were not served and the notice was returned back with the remark "Missent" to Central Secretariat, New Delhi and GPO, New Delhi respectively, but the same have not been received back so far.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 and 4.

SLP Nos. 47994800 and 481718 of 2016

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 26th February, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice.

As far as the liability of tax isconcerned,coercive steps shall be taken until further orders. Tag with S.L.P.(C) Nos. 1125-1130 of 2016."

Accordingly, notice was issued to all the 11 respondents in SLP No. 47994800 of 2016 and 12 respondents in SLP no. 481718 of 2016 through Regd. Post on 9th March, 2016.

Service of notice is awaited in both the matters.

SLP No. 6871 of 2016

The matter above mentioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 10th March, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Post this petition along with SLP(C) No. 1125-1130 of 2016 and 2124-2125 of 2016 etc etc."
