It is submitted that cousnel for the petitioner has on 23rd January, 2016 filed proof of service of the SLP copy on the Central Agency.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ghanshyam Joshi, Advocate has on 29th January, 2016 filed Vakalanama and memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 11 in SLP No. 1130 of 2016.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 27th January, 2016 filed additional documents alongwith an application for permission to file additional documents and the same has been registered as Interlocutary Application No. 2. Copy of application and documents are being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The matters abovementioned alongwith application are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
