"Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the sole respondent shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Ld. Standing Counsel representing the State of Karnataka. List again on 23.11.2015."

It is submitted that fresh notice was issued on 23.09.2015 to the sole respondent by registered AD and dasti as well. Mr. S.N. Bhat, Advocate haS on 28.09.2015 entered appearance on behalf of the sole respondent but they have not filed counter affidavit so far.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
