The matter abovementioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 05.05.2016, when the Court was was pleased to pass the following order:

"Mr. S.N.Bhat and Ms.Manju Jetley, Ld.counsel have filed the vakalatnama for the sole respondent, but they have not clarified that whose vakalatnama may be taken on record despite opportunities given. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter."

It is submitted that Mr. S.N. Bhat and Ms. Manju Jetley, Advocates have on 28.9.2015 filed vakalatnama separately on behalf of the sole respondent. Mr. S.N. Bhat Advocate has also filed counter affidavit but they have not clarified that whose vakalatnama may be taken on record, despite opportunities given by the Ld. Registrar Court so far.

Hence, the Office report on default in the matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble JudgeinChamber.
