The matter abovementioned alongwith connected matters were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 22nd January, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :

"Permission to file special leave petitions is granted in CC. Nos. 979-980 and 1255-1256 of 2015. Notice returnable in three weeks. Shri Ajit S Bhasme, accepts notice on behalf of the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) and Ms. Shubhangi Tuli, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 17. In the meantime, status quo, as it exists today, shall be maintained."

There are five respondents in SLP (C) No. 698 of 2015 and seventeen respondents in SLP (C) No. 699 of 2015. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the respondents by registered A.D. post on 05.02.2015. Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 (common) in both the matters. Mr. A.S. Bhasme, Advocate has also filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in both the matters. Both the counsel have filed counter affidavit and the same are already included in the paperbooks. Ms. Abha R. Sharma, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 5 in SLP (C) No. 698 of 2015 and respondent No. 16 in SLP (C) No. 699 of 2015. M/S. S.M. Jadhav & Co. and Ms. Subhangi

Tuli, Advocates have filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 and 17, respectively in SLP (C) No. 699 of 2015 but they have not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. card duly signed has been received back from respondent No. 9 in SLP (C) No. 699 of 2015but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice have been received back from respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) No. 698 of 2015 and respondent Nos. 5 to 8, 10 to 15 in SLP (C) No. 699 of 2015 so far.

Service of notice is not complete.

It is submitted that Mr. E.C. Agrawala, Advocate for the petitioner has on 08.08.2015 filed an application for directions which are registered as I.A. Nos. 1718 and the same are placed before the Hon'ble Court.

The applications above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
