Counter affidavit has already been filed on behalf of respondent no. 4.

Despite due service, none appears on behalf of respondent nos. 2, 3.2 to 3.5.

Service is not complete on respondent nos. 1 and 3.1. However, it is submitted by Ms. Neha Sharma, AOR that proof of service with respect to respondent nos. 1 and 3.1 has been filed regarding service of said respondents through E-mail. She further submits that respondent no. 1 was also served in the Court below through Email and requests that the matter be placed in this regard before Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for consideration.

Hence, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
