UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The ld. Counsel on behalf of respondent No.1 has made a submission that vakalatnama would be filed during the course of the day. Four weeks' time is granted for filing counter affidavit. Complete set of pleadings be served on the ld. Counsel and necessary proof be filed within a week.

It is pertinent to note that respondent No.2-in-person had appeared on the last date and undertaken to file memo as well as counter affidavit but no steps seems to have been taken on this date. He is ordered to proceed ex parte.

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.3 has come on record. List again on 25.9.2013.
