Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through this transfer petition filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to transfer H.M.A. No. 719 of 2021 titled "Sh. Prabhat Kumar Vs. Smt. Vasusundhara Kumari" pending before the Court of Family Judge, North West District, Rohini, New Delhi to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi, Jharkhand.

We order accordingly.

It shall be open to the respondent to seek permission from the Court for virtual appearance on such dates as the Court may deem appropriate.

It shall be open to the parties to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement through Mediation before the Transferee Court.

The Registry is directed to immediately transmit a copy of this order to both the Courts.
