Statement of case has been filed by respondent nos. 11 and 13. Respondent no. 7 has expired. As a last opportunity, ld. Counsel for the appellant is granted four weeks' time to take the appropriate steps in this regard.

Despite last opportunity, Ld. Counsel for the appellant has not taken appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent no. 6. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner requested for time to take the appropriate steps. Strictly last opportunity is granted for taking the appropriate steps within one week, as prayed for. If appropriate steps are taken within one week the matter be processed as per Rules else the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for orders.
