UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Dr. A.M. Singhvi, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner states that, in pursuance of the order passed on January 16, 2012, the petitioner offered a sum of Rupees Twenty One Lac to the complainant in full and final settlement of her claims over the disputed lands. She accepted the money offered to her and also gave a receipt showing payment of the money to her.

Mr. Vinay Navare, learned counsel appearing for the complainant/informant accepts the statement made by Dr. Singhvi and further states that the informant has no objection to the petitioner being granted anticipatory bail.

In view of the fact that the informant is now wholly satisfied with the payment made to her, we see no reason not to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, directed that in case the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Magistrate within three weeks from today, he shall be released on bail in connection with F.I.R. No.I-12 of 2011 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned trial court.

The Special Leave Petition is disposed of.

CRL.M.P. NOS. 4836-4837 Put up after two weeks.
