It is submitted that Dr. Monika Gusain, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 to 5. M/s. M.V. Kini & Associates has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.2 but no Counter Affidavit has been filed so far. Neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 & 6 to 7.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on Respondent Nos. 1 & 6 to 7.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
