It is further submitted that in SLP (C) No. 19379 of 2013 Entitled M/s. Soma Isolux NH One Tollway Private Limited Versus Harish Kumar Puri & Ors. between same parties arising out of similar issue, while granting leave, appeal (Civil Appeal No. 4611 of 2014) was allowed on 17.04.2014 by Hon'ble Court. (Copy of order dated 17.04.2014 is annexed as Annexure P6 at page nos.65154 in the paper books).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
