UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R We have been extending bail from time to time for a period of six months in order to monitor t he trial. In our view, it is not now necessary to do so any further. We, therefore, order th at the bail which has been granted by this court will continue for the duration of the case on the same terms and conditions. We clarify that it will be open to the C.B.I. to apply for ca

ncellation of bail in accordance with law in this court. Further, if it is found that the pet itioner is deliberately protracting the trial or taking unnecessary adjournments then that by itself would be a ground for cancellation of bail. The Special Leave Petition is disposed of accordingly.
