UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
- 1 Issue notice.
- 2 Mr Nakul Dewan, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent and Ms Misha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent, accept notice.
- 3 Counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting parties shall file a short set of written submissions and email them to the Court Master at [email protected] two days before the next date of listing.
- 4 List the Appeal on 5 November 2020.
- 5 Till 5 November 2020, there shall be a stay of further proceedings before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. Since the order of stay has been passed on the specific request of the appellant, we clarify that the appellant will not claim any equities arising out of the order of stay granted by this Court.
