This petition has been filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of Case No. M.J. Petition 432 of 2018 titled as "Bimal Kumar Sahu vs. Chetna Bimal Sahu @ Chetna Chaitali" pending before the Hon'ble Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vasai to the Family Court at Rourkela, Odisha.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to allow the transfer petition. Accordingly, Case No. M.J. Petition 432 of 2018 titled as "Bimal Kumar Sahu vs. Chetna Bimal Sahu @ Chetna Chaitali" pending before the Hon'ble Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vasai is transferred to the Family Court at Rourkela, Odisha.
