The matter above mentioned has been filed by Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate on behalf of Petitioner against the Judgment and Order dated 20th November, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh in Criminal Misc. Application No. 12649/2014 in Criminal Appeal No.140/2014.

It is submitted that the above-mentioned matter is barred by time by 693 days and Counsel has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the same.

It is further submitted that SLP (Crl.) No. 9373 of 2015 @ SLP (Crl.) D. No. 4195 of 2015 arising out of same Judgment was dismissed on 26th October, 2015 for non-compliance of this Hon'ble Court's (In Chambers) order dated 21st September, 2015. Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 21st September, 2015 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
