Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Despite vehement objection taken by learned counsel for the State, in the fact situation of the present case, we are inclined to grant bail to the accused-applicant/appellant, who had availed of bail during the pendency of the appeal before the High Court. sentence, out of total sentence period of one year.

During the pendency of the appeal, the accusedapplicant/appellant is directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court in connection with Calendar Case No. 13 of 2002 on the file of Principal Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, City Civil Court, Hyderabad arising from FIR No. 5/ACB-WRL/2000 dated 12.04.2000 and on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court.

The application (I.A. No. 38459 of 2020) is accordingly allowed.
