Respondent nos.2 to 7 have already filed counter affidavit.

Lr. Nos.1.1 to 1.5 of deceased respondent no.1 are already on record as respondent nos.2 to 6. Ld. Counsel appearing for Lrs. submits that she will take instructions from her client and thereafter file counter affidavit within four weeks.

As requested, three weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for the petitioner to file proof of publication in respect of respondent nos.13 to 16.
