Service of Show Cause Notice is complete.

It is submitted that there are four common Respondents in the instant matters, Mr. V.K. Sharma, Advocate has on 31.03.2014 filed an application for deletion of the name of common respondent No.1 viz Kantilal Ambalal Patel. Copy of the same has been included in Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is further submitted that Affidavit of dasti service has been filed in respect of common Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 and common Respondent No. 3/State of Gujarat is represented through Mrs. Hemantika Wahi, Advocate and .

Service of show cause notice is complete common except respondent No.1.
