The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 09.07.2014 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"On the prayer made by the learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 1, which is not objected to by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, the cases are adjourned for four weeks. The petitioners are granted liberty to file corrected copy of the First Information Report."

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CRL.) NOS. 1218-1227/2014

It is submitted that pursuant to the Order quoted above, Mr. Varinder Kumar Sharma, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 1/08/2014 filed additional documents containing copy of First Information Report and also filed application for exemption from filing Official Translation and the application has been registered as CRLMP Nos. 15395-15404 of 2014. Copy of the same is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that this is an after notice matter.

It is further submitted that there are three common Respondents in special Petition No.1218-1222 of 2014 and also four common Respondents in Special Leave Petition no.1223-1227 of 2014.

It is further submitted that common respondent No. 1 in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 1218-1222/2014 is represented through M/s. Lawyer's Knit & Co., Advocates.

It is further submitted that respondent No. 2/State of Gujarat in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 1218-1222/2014 and respondent No. 3/State in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 1223-1227/2014 is represented through Mrs. Hemantika Wahi, Advocate.

Service of Show Cause Notice is complete by way of dasti service.

It is further submitted that Mr. V.K. Sharma, Advocate has on 31.03.2014 filed an application for deletion of the name of respondent No.1 viz Kantilal Ambalal Patel in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 1223-1227/2014 from array of parties and the same has been registered as Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 1702-1711/2014. Copy of the same has been included in Special Leave Petition paper books.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CRL.) NOS. 869-878/2014

It is submitted that there are three common Respondents in Special Leave Petition Nos.869-873 of 2014 and two Respondents in Special Leave Petition Nos. 874-878 of 2014.

It is further submitted that respondent No. 1/State of Gujarat is represented through Mrs. Hemantika Wahi, Advocate in all the matters and common respondent No. 2 in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No.874-878/2014 is represented through M/s. Lawyer's Knit & Co., Advocates.

Service of Show Cause Notice is complete by way of dasti.
