These are the application for clarification of the interim order dated 03.02.2014 preferred by the
respondent No.1 whereby this Court stayed the impugned

order passed by the High Court. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that in view of the interim order of stay the investigating agency may start the investigation in the matter where the F.I.Rs. have been quashed by the High Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners
submits that the respondents may destroy the evidence. But we are not inclined to express any opinion with regard to the evidence as may be cited by prosecution. A statement is made by learned counsel for the State of Gujarat that during the pendency of the special leave petitions, the respondent State is not going to investigate the matter pursuant to the FIRs which have already been quashed till the final decision of this Court.
In view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the State no further clarification is required.
The CRL.MPs. are disposed of. List the matter on 9th July, 2014.
