UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

There is delay of 433 days in refiling the special leave petition.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is an earlier order passed by Hon'ble Judge in Chamber condoning the delay in refiling the special leave petition and now there is only delay in compliance thereof.

When learned counsel for the petitioner was asked to show the order, as stated by him, he requests for some time to do the same.
