The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 26th June, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay as well as on the appeal.

As an interim measure, it is directed that no coercive steps shall be taken for recovery subject to deposit of the entire amount of duty and 50% of the penalty within four weeks hence."

Accordingly, Show cause notice on application for condonation of delay was issued to common sole respondent in both the matters on 3rd August, 2016 through Regd. A.D. Post. Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate has on 1st September, 2016 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of common sole respondent in both the matters but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Service of show cause notice is complete.

The Office Report is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court for orders.
