It appears that due to large number of respondents, notice could not be served.

Considering the above, we direct the petitioner(s) to effect service on the unserved respondents by publication, to be done within one week from today, in two local newspapers one in English and other in vernacular language having wide circulation in the State.

List these matters on 17.06.2020 for further consideration.
