Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that steps were taken to effect substituted service by way of publication upon respondent No.6 and advertisement to that effect was published in `Hindustan Times' dated 6th April, 2016. He prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file appropriate affidavit of proof of such service and to cure the defects regarding application for substituted service in respect of R.No.3 in SLP Nos. 5539-40/2012, R.No. 2 in SLP No. 5826/2012.
