O R D E R

In course of hearing, we have been apprised by Mr. Shekhar Naphade, learned senior counsel along with Mr. Yogesh Kanna, learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu that the State has filed a review petition. On enquiry being made, it has been brought to our notice that the review petition is defective.

Mr. Naphade, learned senior counsel has submitted that he has to argue the review first or the review should be heard along with this writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners have no objection.

In view of the aforesaid, let the matters be listed along with the review petition which is defective at 2.00 p.m. on 16th November, 2016.
