Application for deletion of respondent(s) is allowed.

The petitioner has been issued a show cause notice as per the impugned order. Mr. V. Giri, learned senior counsel, submits that the Court having entered certain findings, the reply furnished by the petitioner may not be of any use.

We find it difficult to digest the above submission. All the observations and findings, if any, are only prima facie and it is always open to the petitioner to dislodge such impression by filing an appropriate reply. Without prejudice to such liberty, the Special Leave Petition is disposed of.

However, we make it clear that we have not considered the merits of the matter.
