UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Leave granted in all the special leave petitions.

The appellants Rupinder Singh Sandhu and Navjot Singh Sidhu

shall be released on bail on their furnishing two sureties of Rs.25,000/-

each and a personal bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of CJM,

Patiala.

Issue notice on the prayer made by the appellant - Navjot Singh

Sidhu for suspending the order of conviction passed against him by the

High Court.

The appellant will serve the Standing Counsel for the State of Punjab within two days.

List on 17.1.2007 for consideration of the aforesaid prayer.
