Respondent nos.12, 19 and 20 have been deleted from the array of parties.

Despite due service on respondent nos.7 to 11, 13 to 18 and 21 to 23, there is no appearance.

Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to respondent nos.1 to 6 to file counter affidavit.

After the expiry of said period, matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.
