S.L.P. (C) NO. 6083 OF 2014

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24th February, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order.

"Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable on 2nd May, 2014. Until further orders, the operation of the impugned judgment and order shall remain stayed."

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable for 2nd May, 2014, was issued to the sole respondent by Registered A.D. Post on 4th March, 2014. Ms. Vijaya Laskhmi Menon, Advocate has on 9th April, 2014 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of the sole respondent. Copy of Counter Affidavit has been included in the paper books.

It is submitted that Ms. Vijaya Lakshmi Menon, counsel for the respondent has on 9th April, 2014, filed an application for permission to file additional documents with Additional Documents and the said application has been registered as I.A. No. 2. Copies of the said documents have been included in the paper books.

Thereafter, the matter was again listed before the Hon'ble Court on 2nd May, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List the matter for final disposal on a Nonmiscellaneous day in the month of December, 2014."

S.L.P. (C) NO. 13305 AND 14445 OF 2014

The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 2nd July, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order.

"Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C) 6083 of 2014."

S.L.P. (C) NO. 13305 OF 2014

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent on 4th August, 2014, by Registered A.D. Post. Ms. Vijaya Laskhmi Menon, Advocate has on 30th January, 2015, and 28th February, 2015 and filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of the sole respondent. Copy of Counter Affidavit has been included in the paper books.

S.L.P. (C) NO. 14445 OF 2014

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent on 4th August, 2014, by Registered A.D. Post. Mr. Ajay Chaudhary, Advocate has on 30th January, 2015, filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of the sole respondent. Copy of Counter Affidavit has been included in the paper books.

S.L.P. (C) NO. 19694 OF 2014

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18th July, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order.

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C) 6083 of 2014."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent on 5th September, 2014, by Registered A.D. Post. Mr. Rajesh Singh, Advocate has on 25th November, 2014, filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of the sole respondent. Copy of Counter Affidavit has been included in the paper books.

S.L.P. (C) NO. 36404 OF 2014

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18th December, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order.

"Delay condoned. Notice. Tag with S.L.P. (C) No. 6083/2014."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent on 16th January, 2015, by Registered A.D. Post. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the said notice has been received back from the sole respondent so far.

The office report regarding service position was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 18th August, 2015, when the following order was pass:

"Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved sole respondent shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served. List again on 4.11.2015."

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent as well as Dasti notice was also handed over to counsel for the petitioner on 11th September, 2015, for effecting dasti service on the sole respondent. A.D. Card duly signed has been received back from the sole respondent. The Counsel for the petitioner has also on 14th December, 2015, filed Affidavit of Dasti Service alongwith proof of Postal Authorities which shows that Notice has been delivered on 17th October, 2015, to the sole respondent but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the sole respondent so far.

The office report lastly listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 21st January, 2016, when the following order was pass:

"The office report indicates service of notice is complete on the sole respondent but no one has entered appearance on his behalf. Viewed, in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules."

S.L.P. (C) NO. 6721 OF 2015

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 23rd February, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order.

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with S.L.P. (C) No. 6083/2014. Until further order, the operation of the impugned judment shall remain stayed."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent on 20th March, 2015, by Registered A.D. Post. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the sole respondent so far.

S.L.P. (C) NO. 12645 OF 2015

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17th April, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order.

"Delay condoned. Issue notice by speed post. Tag with SLP (C) No. 6721 of 2015."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent on 24th April, 2015 by Speed Post. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Advocate has on 2nd July, 2015 and 9th July, 2015, filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of the sole respondent. Copy of Counter Affidavit is being circulated herewith.
