On 20.11.2012, as a matter of last opportunity, four weeks' time was granted to the learned counsel for the petitioners to file proof of service of S.L.P.paper books on the Caveator. The required proof of service has not been filed. None has appeared on behalf of the petitioners, in spite of the fact that the case has already been called for the second time.

In view of the above, it seems that the petitioners are no longer interested to pursue the instant petitions. The same are, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
