The petitioner, who appears in-person, submits that he has paid the entire amount due and payable. The petitioner also draws our attention to the interim order dated 11.01.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge, pursuant to which he deposited Rs.10 lakhs, which stands paid to the Cooperative Society. We are not inclined to issue notice as the petitioner is entitled to raise all pleas in the appeal under Section 70 of the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959 or in the proceedings initiated by the Pacchapur Urban Co-op Bank Ltd.

It is clarified that we have not made any comments on the merit of the case, and stand of any party.

Recording the aforesaid, the special leave petition is dismissed.
