However, learned counsel for the petitioners shall do the needful in respect of unserved respondent Nos.19 & 20 within four weeks' from today, failing which, the special 2 leave petitions shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution as against the said respondents. It is placed on record that according to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 17 the service on respondent Nos.19 & 20 must have already been effected, which position she will verify and place it on record within two weeks' from today.
