It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 1708 days in filing and 28 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 14.10.2011 of the High Court of Bombay at Aurangabad in WP No. 2522 of 2008.

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal Nos. 1062410636 of 2013 and Civil Appeal Nos. 535538 of 2015 arising out of common order was disposed of by the Hon'ble Court on 25.11.2013 and 13.01.2015 respectively (Copy of the order dated 25.11.2013 is included in the paperbooks at page Nos. 119121 as Annexure P2 and copy of order dated 13.01.2015 is enclosed herewith).

It is lastly submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 4732 of 2016 (Main SLP (C) No. 507 of 2016) arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 03.02.2016 when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court (Copy of the order dated 03.02.2016 is enclosed herewith).
