It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 07 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition which has been condoned by the Ld. Additional Registrar.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 30806 of 2015 (Main SLP (C) Nos. 1915819159 of 2015) arising out of same judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07.12.2015 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court (Copy of the order dated 07.12.2015 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal Nos. 1062410636 of 2013 arising out of similar issue was disposed of by the Hon'ble Court on 25.11.2013 (Copy of the order dated 25.11.2013 is included in the paperbooks at page Nos. 2224 as Annexure P1).

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 43 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition which has been condoned by the Ld. Additional Registrar.

It is further submitted that the instant matter has been tagged with SLP (C) No. 507 of 2016 as both are arising out of similar issue.

SLP (C) ..CC NO. 1269 OF 2016

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 1303 days in filing the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 15.03.2012 of the High Court of Bombay at Aurangabad in Writ Petition No. 1013 of 2008.

It is further submitted that that the instant matter has been tagged with Special Leave Petition (C) No. 507 of 2016 as both are arising out of similar issue.

SLP (C) ..CC NO. 12 77 OF 2016

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 01 day in filing and 27 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 21.08.2015 of the High Court of Bombay at Aurangabad in Writ Petition No. 2145 of 2008.

It is further submitted that that the instant matter has been tagged with Special Leave Petition (C) No. 507 of 2016 as both are arising out of similar issue.

SLP (C) ..CC NO. 1328 OF 2016

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 1238 days in filing and 48 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 14.03.2012 of the High Court of Bombay at Aurangabad in Writ Petition No. 955 of 2008.

It is further submitted that that the instant matter has been tagged with Special Leave Petition (C) No. 507 of 2016 as both are arising out of similar issue.

SLP (C) ..CC NO. 1340 OF 2016

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 1461 days in filing the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 14.10.2011 of the High Court of Bombay at Aurangabad in Writ Petition No. 2135 of 2008.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter stating therein that notification dated 21.03.2007 and Order dated 01.10.2005 are not required to be filed (Copy of the Advocate's letter is included in the paperbooks at page No. 132).

It is lastly submitted that that the instant matter has been tagged with Special Leave Petition (C) No. 507 of 2016 as both are arising out of similar issue.
