Learned counsel for the parties state, that they need some further time to examine the pleadings, as also the merits of the positions to be assumed by them during the course of hearing. They, accordingly, seek a short accommodation.

Post for hearing after four weeks. Rival parties are directed to submit a short note indicating precisely the submissions they desire to canvass during the course of hearing.
