UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The Court is convened through Video Conferencing.

It is contended, inter-alia, that the maintenance petition filed by the petitioner and her minor daughter was earlier transferred by this Court at the instance of the respondent from Panchkula (Haryana) to Dehradun (Uttarakhand) as at that time the petitioner was posted in Canara Bank at Dehradun. However, she has been recently transferred to Chandigarh vide order dated 3rd September, 2020. It is thus extremely hard for the petitioner to pursue the maintenance case at Dehradun.

Issue notice, returnable within four weeks.
