UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Ms. Pinky Anand, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the Union of India submits that the matter should be dealt with by the (Coal Bench) three Judges Bench and the present Bench is not appropriate Bench to deal with the case.
The aforesaid stand taken orally before this Court will be put in writing by means of an application within a week.
