The matters were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 26th February, 2016, when the following order was passed:-

"C.A. Nos.3281-86/2014

Await certificate of service in respect of respondent No. 33 in Civil Appeal No. 3281/14 and Respondent No. 6 in Civil Appeal No. 3286/14.

C.A. Nos.3287/2014."

Ld. Counsel for the is directed to comply the letter dated 12.01.2016 issued by the Registry within four weeks. List the matter again on 19.04.2016."

It is submitted that High Court vide its letter No. 3914 dated 24.02.2016 has sent certificate of service stating therein that notice issued to Respondent No. 33 in C.A. No. 3281/2014 has been served and Respondent Nos. 6 and 8 in C.A. No. 3286/2014 namely Sohan Lal Sharma s/o. Madho Ram & Mangal Singh s/o. Banta Singh have been received back with remarks "expired".

It is further submitted that Counsel was asked vide this Regitry's letter dated 31.03.2016 to file substitution application to bring on record the Lrs. of deceased Respondent Nos. 6 and 8 but counsel has not done the needfull till date.

C.A .NOS. 3287 OF 2014

It is submited that counsel for the appellants has filed application for substitution of Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 3 namely Nant Ram s/o. Choudhary Ram. The Application is found to be defective for the following reasons:-

• 1. Averment that 'no other Lrs. except the Lrs. mentioned in the Application' not given'.
• 2. Original photo copy of death certificate not filed.

It is also submitted that Counsel has not filed withdrawal of the substitution Application filed on behalf of Man Singh whose Lrs. has already been brought on record. Counsel has attended the Registry on 06.04.2016 and noted the defects but he has not done the needful till date.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court for orders with this office report
